In Maryland, that means doubling down on our efforts to build a more equitable and inclusive democracy while opposing any actions that go against those values. Au cours de cette session, nous travaillerons \u00e0 codifier plusieurs aspects de la loi VRA, un texte historique, avec des am\u00e9liorations sp\u00e9cifiques adapt\u00e9es pour prot\u00e9ger tous les \u00e9lecteurs du Maryland.\r\n<h2>Vote et \u00e9lections<\/h2>\r\n<strong>Acc\u00e8s au vote pour les citoyens incarc\u00e9r\u00e9s et de retour au pays <\/strong>\u2013 Nous continuons de travailler avec nos alli\u00e9s pour garantir que les citoyens qui reviennent au pays et les citoyens incarc\u00e9r\u00e9s admissibles connaissent leur droit de vote et ont un acc\u00e8s significatif au vote et aux informations sur le vote. Au cours de cette session, nous soutiendrons deux r\u00e9formes. La premi\u00e8re vise \u00e0 \u00e9largir les agences couvertes par notre programme d\u2019inscription automatique des \u00e9lecteurs (AVR) et \u00e0 inclure le minist\u00e8re de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique et des Services correctionnels, affirmant aux citoyens qui reviennent au pays que leur droit de vote a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9tabli tout en leur permettant de s\u2019inscrire pour voter \u00e0 leur sortie. La deuxi\u00e8me mettrait fin \u00e0 la privation du droit de vote pour les crimes graves gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la loi sur le droit de vote pour tous.\r\n\r\n<strong>Un meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019inscription des \u00e9lecteurs<\/strong> Des milliers de citoyens du Maryland, en \u00e2ge de voter, se sont inscrits ou ont mis \u00e0 jour leur inscription gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre programme d&#039;inscription automatique des \u00e9lecteurs (IAE), ce qui accro\u00eet le nombre de participants \u00e0 la vie d\u00e9mocratique. Cette session, nous souhaitons consolider le succ\u00e8s de ce programme en le modernisant afin de simplifier la proc\u00e9dure d&#039;IAE, de supprimer les \u00e9tapes inutiles et de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le nombre d&#039;\u00e9lecteurs qui refusent involontairement de s&#039;inscrire lors de leurs d\u00e9marches aupr\u00e8s d&#039;organismes comme le service des immatriculations.\r\n<h2>Argent et influence<\/h2>\r\n<strong>Expansion des programmes de financement public des petits donateurs <\/strong>\u2013 Les \u00e9lections financ\u00e9es par les citoyens contribuent \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les obstacles \u00e0 la participation \u00e0 notre d\u00e9mocratie et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un gouvernement qui nous ressemble davantage et qui travaille mieux pour nous. Les comt\u00e9s de Montgomery, Howard, Prince George, Anne Arundel et Baltimore ainsi que la ville de Baltimore ont tous mis en place des programmes de financement public. Lorsque les gouvernements locaux mettent en place ces programmes, les politiques et les lois qui en d\u00e9coulent sont plus adapt\u00e9es aux besoins du public et moins biais\u00e9es par des int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers fortun\u00e9s. Au cours de cette session, nous continuerons de travailler avec nos alli\u00e9s pour faire passer une loi qui permettrait aux juridictions locales disposant de programmes existants de s&#039;\u00e9tendre pour couvrir d&#039;autres bureaux locaux. Nous continuons \u00e9galement \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9laboration d&#039;un programme pour l&#039;Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.\r\n\r\n<strong>Divulgation et transparence<\/strong> \u2013 Le besoin de transparence n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi urgent. Nous allons \u0153uvrer pour prot\u00e9ger et renforcer nos lois sur la divulgation des d\u00e9penses politiques afin que chaque habitant du Maryland sache qui tente d\u2019influencer nos votes et puisse voir qui finance ces efforts.\r\n<h2>Autres initiatives<\/h2>\r\n<strong>Prot\u00e9ger nos droits constitutionnels <\/strong>\u2013 Des groupes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers continuent de r\u00e9clamer la tenue de conventions constitutionnelles dans les \u00c9tats. L\u2019appel \u00e0 une convention constitutionnelle f\u00e9d\u00e9rale constitue une menace dangereuse pour notre d\u00e9mocratie. Bien que Common Cause Maryland soutienne la lutte contre l\u2019argent en politique, nous nous opposons fermement \u00e0 une convention constitutionnelle. Nous continuons de nous opposer \u00e0 ceux qui r\u00e9clament des conventions constitutionnelles sur quelque sujet que ce soit.\r\n\r\n<strong>Soutenir les efforts visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les communaut\u00e9s d\u2019immigrants<\/strong> Les communaut\u00e9s immigr\u00e9es ont fait de ce pays la d\u00e9mocratie la plus durable de l&#039;histoire. L&#039;administration Trump cherche \u00e0 semer la peur et \u00e0 contraindre ces communaut\u00e9s \u00e0 se cacher, nous privant ainsi de la d\u00e9mocratie multiraciale et des quartiers s\u00fbrs auxquels nous avons droit. Nous collaborerons avec CASA et nos partenaires pour que cela n&#039;arrive pas.\r\n\r\n<strong>Divulgation et r\u00e9glementation des m\u00e9dias synth\u00e9tiques<\/strong> \u2013 L\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA), les deepfakes et d\u2019autres technologies \u00e9mergentes constituent une menace s\u00e9rieuse pour notre d\u00e9mocratie car elles renforcent la d\u00e9sinformation \u00e9lectorale et d\u2019autres tactiques anti-\u00e9lectorales. En quelques clics, des acteurs malveillants peuvent cr\u00e9er du contenu trompeur sur les candidats ou se faire passer pour des responsables \u00e9lectoraux, r\u00e9pandant ces mensonges comme une tra\u00een\u00e9e de poudre. Au cours de cette session, nous continuerons de soutenir les efforts visant \u00e0 exiger la divulgation des deepfakes ou des documents g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019IA distribu\u00e9s au public et \u00e0 donner au Conseil \u00e9lectoral de l\u2019\u00c9tat le pouvoir de supprimer ce contenu si
