워싱턴 DC — 오늘, the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the 국가의 Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) v. The U.S. Supreme Court upheld these limits in 2001 as an important barrier to preventing donors from funneling massive amounts of funds to the candidates of their choosing through political parties.  

In September, Common Cause, the Campaign Legal Center, and the League of Women Voters filed aN amicus 짧은 urging the Justices to uphold party coordinated spending limits in the NRSC v. FEC case.
