L&#039;ALEC et les entreprises qui le financent sont \u00e0 l&#039;origine de dizaines de projets de loi dangereux, notamment des lois racistes sur l&#039;identification des \u00e9lecteurs, des reculs en mati\u00e8re de protection de l&#039;environnement, et bien d&#039;autres. L&#039;ALEC cr\u00e9e des \u00ab\u00a0projets de loi mod\u00e8les\u00a0\u00bb qui portent atteinte \u00e0 nos droits, puis les fait adopter par les l\u00e9gislateurs des \u00c9tats, presque mot pour mot, comme de v\u00e9ritables lois qui deviennent souvent des lois, affaiblissant ainsi notre d\u00e9mocratie et enrichissant les entreprises donatrices de l&#039;ALEC \u00e0 nos d\u00e9pens.
