Zusatzartikels zul\u00e4ssig ist. Der Stadtrat von Anderson hat seine Wahlkreise zuletzt 1982 neu eingeteilt und dabei die Bev\u00f6lkerungsver\u00e4nderungen ignoriert, die bei den alle zehn Jahre stattfindenden Volksz\u00e4hlungen von 1990, 2000, 2010 und 2020 festgestellt wurden.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n\u201eDie eklatante Missachtung der Verfassung der Vereinigten Staaten durch den Stadtrat von Anderson hat seinen Einwohnern das Recht auf gleichberechtigte Vertretung verweigert, seit Ronald Reagan Pr\u00e4sident war und ET der erfolgreichste Film in Amerika war. Dieser offensichtliche Versuch, Amtsinhaber zu sch\u00fctzen, ist l\u00e4cherlich und undemokratisch. Die Aktualisierung der Bezirke, um die neuen Volksz\u00e4hlungszahlen widerzuspiegeln, gibt den Menschen die Macht, sich effektiv einzusetzen und stellt eine gleichberechtigte Vertretung der Gemeinden sicher. Wir sind begeistert, dass das Gericht zu unseren Gunsten entschieden und dieses grundlegende Recht endlich auf die Menschen von Anderson ausgedehnt hat\u201c, sagte <\/span>Julia Vaughn, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin von Common Cause Indiana<\/span><\/b>. <\/span>\r\n\r\n\u201eDie Neugliederung der Wahlbezirke ist entscheidend, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Gemeinden die notwendigen Dienstleistungen und die Unterst\u00fctzung erhalten, die sie von unserer Regierung ben\u00f6tigen. Wenn gew\u00e4hlte Amtstr\u00e4ger die Neugliederung nicht ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df durchf\u00fchren, wird den Einwohnern die gleichberechtigte Vertretung entzogen. Diese Entscheidung ist ein willkommener Schritt nach vorn, um das verfassungsm\u00e4\u00dfige Recht der W\u00e4hler auf eine faire Vertretung im Stadtrat wiederherzustellen\u201c, sagte <\/span>Linda Hanson, Pr\u00e4sidentin der League of Women Voters of Indiana.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nCommon Cause Indiana wurde in dieser Klage von den Nebenkl\u00e4gern Anderson-Madison County NAACP Branch 3058, der League of Women Voters of Indiana und den Anderson-Bewohnern Cassandra Riggs und Jeffrey J.
