Senior representatives of the Democratic, Green, Libertarian, and Republican parties will discuss their preparations for the upcoming primary and general elections and the recently enacted statewide Vote by Mail process.\r\n\r\nAfter opening presentations, the panelists will field questions from moderators and the audience. The panelists will include Heather Kimball, Chair of the Hawai\u2018i County Democratic Party, Jeffrey Kalani Coakley, Chair of the West Hawai\u2018i Republican Party, Budd Dickinson, Co-Chair of the Green Party of Hawai\u2018i, and Tracy Ryan, Chair of the Libertarian Party.
