Common Cause Hosts Town Hall on Immigration, Government Accountability
Honolulu, Hawaii – On Tuesday, Common Cause Hawaii discussed immigration and government accountability at the “People’s Promise” Town Hall.
“Now more than ever, we must come together in meaningful ways to discuss how we can advance and safeguard our democracy. We are so grateful for everyone who showed up to hear about Common Cause’s initiatives and grapple with consequential conversations,” said Camron Hurt, Common Cause Hawaii State Director.

Panelists spoke about campaign finance reform, automatic voter registration, and the need for good government reform.
The event educated community members, helped them gain access to resources and knowledge about local issues, and encouraged them to participate civically.
