Common Cause a critiqu\u00e9 la m\u00e9thodologie d\u00e9fectueuse de l&#039;agence, qui surestime qui a acc\u00e8s au haut d\u00e9bit, ainsi que ses politiques actuelles visant \u00e0 \u00e9largir la fracture num\u00e9rique.
