Hospitals will close, people won\u2019t get the care that they need, and our loved ones\u2019 lives will be at risk. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cThis shameful proposal came together behind closed doors, without a single hearing\u2014an embarrassment for 'the world\u2019s greatest deliberative body.'
