La tentative actuelle de contourner le public (et peut-\u00eatre aussi les l\u00e9gislateurs) n\u2019est qu\u2019une des nombreuses mesures autoritaires prises par divers comit\u00e9s du S\u00e9nat.<\/p><p><strong>Au moment du croisement, le <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/file\/d\/0B8TK_Tm1RZnKcDB5NjFKeldSNjA\/edit?usp=sharing\">Senate had already \"gutted and replaced\" 6 bills<\/a>.<\/strong> That is, the original language of six bills were removed, and replaced with unrelated content. \"<a title=\"Vider et remplacer - Kanu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kanuhawaii.org\/story\/?id=136057086927191651\">Vider et remplacer<\/a>\" is a much-deplored practice by which a bill which has been progressing in the Legislature is hi-jacked by Legislative leaders to serve a different purpose. The number and title of the bill are left unchanged, but without public notice the original content of the bill is gutted and replaced by new content. L&#039;amendement int\u00e8gre la majeure partie du projet de loi HB932, intitul\u00e9 Relating to Mineral Resources, dont l&#039;objectif \u00e9tait de modifier les textes r\u00e9glementaires relatifs \u00e0 l&#039;exploration et au d\u00e9veloppement g\u00e9othermiques et d&#039;apporter d&#039;autres modifications relatives \u00e0 l&#039;exploration et au d\u00e9veloppement des ressources min\u00e9rales. Diverses dispositions du projet de loi HB932 ont suscit\u00e9 suffisamment d&#039;objections du public pour que le projet de loi HB932 soit report\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>Aidez-nous \u00e0 demander des comptes au S\u00e9nat.
