Et \u00e0 chaque \u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle, les candidats sont contraints de se concentrer sur une poign\u00e9e d'\u00c9tats cl\u00e9s, ignorant ainsi les \u00e9lecteurs du reste du pays. Le syst\u00e8me de coll\u00e8ge \u00e9lectoral \u00e0 majorit\u00e9 absolue, qui engendre ce processus antid\u00e9mocratique, doit \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 afin que les \u00e9lecteurs des 50 \u00c9tats aient leur mot \u00e0 dire dans le choix de notre pr\u00e9sident. Voici comment notre campagne \u00ab\u00a0Vote populaire national et coll\u00e8ge \u00e9lectoral\u00a0\u00bb y rem\u00e9diera\u00a0: la Constitution permet aux \u00c9tats de d\u00e9cider de la mani\u00e8re dont ils attribuent leurs votes \u00e9lectoraux. Ainsi, si un nombre suffisant d'\u00e9lecteurs souhaitent que leurs voix soient attribu\u00e9es au vainqueur du suffrage universel, nous pourrions r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes du coll\u00e8ge \u00e9lectoral sans modifier la Constitution. Ce Pacte national pour le vote populaire n'entrera en vigueur qu'une fois que les \u00c9tats comptant 270 grands \u00e9lecteurs \u2013 une majorit\u00e9 \u2013 y auront adh\u00e9r\u00e9.
