La fermeture des enqu\u00eates sur la base <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rapports de lanceurs d\u2019alerte anonymes et cr\u00e9dibles et s\u2019appuyant sur des personnes ayant des \u00ab informations personnelles \u00bb <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Le fait que les \u00ab connaissances \u00bb soient r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es publiquement paralyserait la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre fin aux violations de l\u2019\u00e9thique.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Financement public des campagnes des candidats aux \u00e9lections \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle de l&#039;\u00c9tat (SJR)<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1114)<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><em><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Adopt\u00e9 : Votez NON lorsque cette proposition sera soumise au vote en novembre 2024\u00a0!<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Cette r\u00e9solution propose de soumettre au vote de novembre 2024 un amendement visant \u00e0 supprimer le <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">programme de financement de campagne publique que les Floridiens ont mis dans notre Constitution en 1998 (et r\u00e9-<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Nous avons affirm\u00e9 notre soutien \u00e0 en 2010). Le financement public des campagnes est l&#039;un des meilleurs moyens <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lutter contre l\u2019influence des int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers fortun\u00e9s car cela donne aux petits donateurs et <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">les \u00e9lecteurs ordinaires ont une voix plus forte. Des int\u00e9r\u00eats puissants veulent se d\u00e9barrasser de ce programme pour une <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">raison, mais nous pouvons les arr\u00eater dans les urnes.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Diffamation, fausses informations et publication non autoris\u00e9e de noms ou d&#039;images<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(SB 1780 et HB 757)<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><em><strong>\u00c9chou\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>\r\n<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ces projets de loi qui mena\u00e7aient nos droits garantis par le Premier Amendement sont morts avant d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis au vote final. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ils auraient eu un effet dissuasif d\u00e9sastreux sur le journalisme qui met en lumi\u00e8re <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la corruption et permet aux Floridiens de demander des comptes \u00e0 nos fonctionnaires, ce qui a un impact sur les m\u00e9dias \u00e0 travers <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">le spectre politique.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Appels en faveur d\u2019une Convention au titre de l\u2019article V : <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">et (HCR 703), <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Limites des mandats des membres du Congr\u00e8s (HCR 693)<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Application \u00e9gale de la loi (HCR 7055)<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">), <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">et <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Veto sur une ligne budg\u00e9taire (HCR 7057)\r\n<\/span><\/strong><strong><em><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pass\u00e9<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ces projets de loi relancent l&#039;appel existant de la Floride en faveur d&#039;une dangereuse Convention Article V qui <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ouvrir l&#039;ensemble de la Constitution am\u00e9ricaine et de la D\u00e9claration des droits \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision dans un forum qui risque <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00eatre d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 par des int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers riches et id\u00e9ologiques.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Projets de loi dangereux sur les \u00e9lections<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><em><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00c9chou\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Plusieurs projets de loi dangereux sur les \u00e9lections ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s mais sont morts en commission. Cela signifie que <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Il est peu probable que les Floridiens voient des changements majeurs dans les r\u00e8gles de vote avant <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l&#039;\u00e9lection de 2024. <\/span><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">HB <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">359<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> aurait autoris\u00e9 le d\u00e9compte manuel des bulletins de vote. <\/span><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Projet de loi SB 1602<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> aurait impos\u00e9 l&#039;identit\u00e9 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">exigences qui privent de leurs droits les citoyens naturalis\u00e9s, les locataires, les \u00e9tudiants et les personnes handicap\u00e9es <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">handicaps. <\/span><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Projet de loi SB 1752<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> aurait aboli le vote par correspondance.<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1718\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/florida\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2018\/03\/MA-topper-disclosure-transparency.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1039\" \/><\/h2>\r\n<h2>\r\nFactures que nous avons travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer<\/h2>\r\n<strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Utilisation de l&#039;intelligence artificielle dans la publicit\u00e9 politique <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(HB 919)<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><em><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pass\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Bien que nous soyons heureux de constater un pas dans la direction de la reconnaissance du risque que repr\u00e9sentent les technologies bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019IA, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">la d\u00e9sinformation pose aux \u00e9lecteurs, ce projet de loi adopte malheureusement une approche tr\u00e8s faible qui \u00e9choue <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pour prot\u00e9ger les Floridiens. La clause de non-responsabilit\u00e9 que ce projet de loi exige ne parvient pas \u00e0 informer les Floridiens que <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ils sont manipul\u00e9s. Pire encore, ce projet de loi ne contient aucune disposition <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">injonction pour faire retirer les publicit\u00e9s politiques manipulatrices aussi vite que possible <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">possible, laissant les Floridiens expos\u00e9s aux m\u00e9faits du contenu trompeur tandis que le <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">processus de plainte se d\u00e9roule. C&#039;\u00e9tait une occasion manqu\u00e9e pour le l\u00e9gislateur de fournir <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">une v\u00e9ritable protection contre les manipulations g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019IA.\r\n<\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">OGSR\/\u00c9lecteurs pr\u00e9inscrits (HB7003)<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><em><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pass\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/em><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ce projet de loi permet <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">les donn\u00e9es personnelles des \u00e9lecteurs seront partag\u00e9es avec d&#039;autres entit\u00e9s gouvernementales pour <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00e0 des fins d\u2019administration \u00e9lectorale. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Nous sommes pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la mani\u00e8re dont les donn\u00e9es des Floridiens seront trait\u00e9es. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone wp-image-8871 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/florida\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/02\/GettyImages-1064737648.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1451\" \/>\r\n<h2>\r\nProjets de loi que nous avons soutenus<\/h2>\r\nD\u2019excellents projets de loi sur le vote et les \u00e9lections ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s au cours de cette session, mais aucun n\u2019a malheureusement \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9 en commission. Nous continuerons \u00e0 soutenir ces mesures favorables aux \u00e9lecteurs \u00e0 chaque session l\u00e9gislative, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient adopt\u00e9es. <strong>Assurez-vous que vos repr\u00e9sentants soutiennent et coparrainent ces projets de loi lors de la prochaine session\u00a0!<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><b>Loi sur le droit de vote de Harry T. et Harriette V. Moore en Floride (HB 1035 \/ SB 1522) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">supprimerait les barri\u00e8res \u00e9lectorales \u00e9rig\u00e9es au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, \u00e9largirait l&#039;acc\u00e8s au vote pour les Floridiens de nouvelles mani\u00e8res et mettrait en place des protections compl\u00e8tes pour les \u00e9lecteurs de Floride.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>Projet de loi sur l&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la langue de Floride dans le cadre des \u00e9lections (HB 1423 \/ SB 1670) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mettrait en place une assistance compl\u00e8te pour les \u00e9lecteurs qui ne ma\u00eetrisent pas l&#039;anglais, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 garantir qu&#039;aucun \u00e9lecteur en Floride ne soit priv\u00e9 de ses droits en raison de la langue qu&#039;il parle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>Avis consultatifs sur l&#039;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 des \u00e9lecteurs (HB 1525 \/ SB 904) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet de loi vise \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier au fait que le processus de vote actuel en Floride est d\u00e9faillant pour les citoyens de retour au pays.
