  • Leyes de Transparencia del Gobierno de Florida (1976)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  • L\u00edmite de valoraci\u00f3n de la vivienda familiar (1992)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  • Fondo Fiduciario de los Everglades (1996)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  • Preescolar universal (2002)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  • Aumento del salario m\u00ednimo en Florida (2004 y 2020)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  • Distritos Feriales (2010)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  • Conservaci\u00f3n del agua y la tierra (2024)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  • Legalizaci\u00f3n de la marihuana medicinal (2016)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  • Restauraci\u00f3n del derecho al voto para delincuentes en Florida (2018)<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nEl proceso de enmienda liderado por los ciudadanos de Florida es uno de los m\u00e1s estrictos del pa\u00eds, ya que requiere casi un mill\u00f3n de firmas para aparecer en la boleta electoral, la revisi\u00f3n del texto de la boleta por parte de la Corte Suprema, la inclusi\u00f3n de una Declaraci\u00f3n de Impacto Fiscal elaborada por el estado y la obtenci\u00f3n del apoyo de los votantes para la aprobaci\u00f3n de la enmienda 60%.<\/span>\r\n\r\nNuestro derecho a las enmiendas ciudadanas se estableci\u00f3 para controlar el poder legislativo y nos permite aprobar pol\u00edticas directamente cuando nuestros l\u00edderes electos ignoran la voluntad popular.
