Wenn also gen\u00fcgend Bundesstaaten ihre Stimmen an den Gewinner der landesweiten Volksabstimmung vergeben m\u00f6chten, k\u00f6nnten wir die Probleme des Electoral College ohne Verfassungs\u00e4nderung l\u00f6sen.
