Una coalición de organizaciones nacionales que abogan por una democracia más fuerte publicó hoy un informe que evalúa los esfuerzos de redistribución de distritos en los 50 estados, otorgando solo a dos estados una calificación de “A”, mientras que 20 estados obtuvieron una “D” o una “F” por sus fallas en transparencia, oportunidades de participación pública, no partidismo y empoderamiento de las comunidades de color.
