Common Cause kritisierte die fehlerhafte Methodik der Beh\u00f6rde, die \u00fcberbewertet, wer Zugang zu Breitband hat, sowie ihre aktuellen Richtlinien zur Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung der digitalen Kluft.
