The Internet is on fire<\/a> with news that the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit just struck down network neutrality.<\/p>

The Court ruled that the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Open Internet (\"net neutrality\") rules were improperly written.<\/p>

We are reviewing the decision - and we'll have more details for you soon - but here's what you need to know now: The court said that the FCC made a mistake more than a decade ago by declaring broadband to be a lightly-regulated \"information service.\"<\/p>
