Res. 19) now pending on the Senate floor and slated for a procedural vote on Monday night, the letter&rsquo;s signers express in strong language how it is &ldquo;no exaggeration to label today&rsquo;s version of American democracy as &lsquo;one dollar-one vote.&rsquo;&rdquo;<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The Supreme Court&rsquo;s misguided decisions in <em>B\u00fcrger vereint<\/em> Und <em>McCutcheon<\/em> have unleashed a torrent of big money &ndash; hundreds of millions of it from undisclosed sources -
