It’s time to change the Ohio Constitution and require fairness and prevent partisan bias. Issue 1 will be on this November’s ballot and does just that.

A group of recent court decisions has reignited the debate over how we draw legislative districts. In a case out of Arizona, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the right of Americans to create independent commissions that strip politicians of the power to gerrymander districts.
