\u4e1c\u6e7e\uff09<\/h5>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u52a0\u5dde\u5171\u540c\u4e8b\u4e1a\u652f\u6301\u8fd9\u9879\u7acb\u6cd5<\/span><\/h5>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>\u6982\u62ec\uff1a <\/strong><\/em>\u5728 SB 1439 \u901a\u8fc7\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5730\u65b9\u6c11\u9009\u5b98\u5458\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a5\u53d7\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u5176\u6295\u7968\u7684\u7ade\u9009\u6350\u6b3e\u3002\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u4fee\u6b63\u4e86\u300a\u62c9\u6587\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\uff08\u4e00\u9879\u9488\u5bf9\u653f\u5e9c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u548c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u7684\u53cd\u4ed8\u8d39\u53c2\u4e0e\u6cd5\uff09\uff0c\u5c06\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5730\u65b9\u9009\u4e3e\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u7684\u6210\u5458\u7eb3\u5165\u5176\u4e2d\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u7533\u8bf7\u65b9\u53ca\u5176\u53ef\u80fd\u4ece\u6295\u7968\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb 12 \u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u5411\u6b63\u5728\u5c31\u6b64\u4e8b\u6295\u7968\u7684\u6c11\u9009\u5b98\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc7 $250 \u7684\u7ade\u9009\u6350\u6b3e\uff0c\u5730\u65b9\u9009\u4e3e\u5b98\u5458\u5fc5\u987b\u56de\u907f\u5c31\u6d89\u53ca\u201c\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u3001\u8bb8\u53ef\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4f7f\u7528\u6743\u201d\u7684\u4e8b\u9879\u8fdb\u884c\u6295\u7968 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u548c<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u5f53\u9009\u5b98\u5458\u5728\u6295\u7968\u524d\u81f3\u5c11 30 \u5929\u672a\u5f52\u8fd8\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8d85\u989d\u6350\u6b3e\u3002<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr \/>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2020 \u5e74\u7acb\u6cd5<\/h3>\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u53bf\u6cbb\u5b89\u5b98\u76d1\u7763<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">AB 1185\uff08\u9ea6\u5361\u8482 - \u8428\u514b\u62c9\u95e8\u6258\uff09<\/h5>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u52a0\u5dde\u5171\u540c\u4e8b\u4e1a\u652f\u6301\u8fd9\u9879\u7acb\u6cd5<\/span><\/h5>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>\u6982\u62ec\uff1a\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u52a0\u5dde\u4eba\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u9ad8\u8b66\u52a1\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u95ee\u8d23\u5236\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u5c06\u6388\u6743\u53bf\u76d1\u4e8b\u4f1a\u8bbe\u7acb\u8b66\u957f\u76d1\u7763\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u5ba1\u67e5\u8be5\u53bf\u8b66\u957f\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8b66\u5b98\u67aa\u51fb\u4e8b\u4ef6\u548c\u79cd\u65cf\u504f\u89c1\u6307\u63a7\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u6388\u4e88\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5bf9\u8b66\u957f\u90e8\u95e8\u53d1\u51fa\u4f20\u7968\u7684\u6743\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u59a8\u788d\u76f8\u5173\u8bb0\u5f55\u7684\u53d1\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr \/>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2018 \u5e74\u7acb\u6cd5<\/h3>\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u5730\u65b9\u516c\u5e73\u653f\u6cbb\u5b9e\u8df5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a (FPPC) \u6267\u6cd5<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">AB 2880\uff08\u54c8\u73c0 - \u4ea8\u5ef7\u987f\u6d77\u6ee9\uff09<\/h5>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u52a0\u5dde\u5171\u540c\u4e8b\u4e1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6b63\u5728\u8d5e\u52a9\u8fd9\u9879\u7acb\u6cd5<\/span><\/h5>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><em>\u6982\u62ec\uff1a<\/em><\/strong> \u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u62e5\u6709\u5730\u65b9\u7ade\u9009\u8d22\u52a1\u6761\u4f8b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u6216\u53bf\u90fd\u4f9d\u9760\u5e02\u68c0\u5bdf\u5b98\u6216\u5730\u533a\u68c0\u5bdf\u5b98\u6765\u6267\u884c\u6761\u4f8b\u3002\u6267\u6cd5\u529b\u5ea6\u5f88\u5f31\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4f9d\u9760\u4efb\u547d\u6216\u9009\u4e3e\u5b98\u5458\u6267\u884c\u6761\u4f8b\u4f1a\u5f15\u53d1\u5229\u76ca\u51b2\u7a81\u95ee\u9898\u3002SB 2880 \u5141\u8bb8\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0e FPPC \u7b7e\u8ba2\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u4ee5\u6267\u884c\u5730\u65b9\u7ade\u9009\u8d22\u52a1\u548c\u9053\u5fb7\u6761\u4f8b\uff0c\u5723\u8d1d\u7eb3\u8fea\u8bfa\u53bf\u5df2\u5728\u8bd5\u70b9\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u6548\u5730\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u5728\u5723\u8d1d\u7eb3\u8fea\u8bfa\u53bf 2014 \u5e74\u9009\u4e3e\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\uff0cFPPC \u5bf9 50 \u591a\u4e2a\u7ade\u9009\u6d3b\u52a8\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6761\u4f8b\u8981\u6c42\u6559\u80b2\uff1b\u5ba1\u8ba1\u4e86 22 \u4e2a\u7ade\u9009\u6d3b\u52a8\uff1b\u5e76\u8c03\u67e5\u4e86 24 \u4e2a\u6d89\u5acc\u8fdd\u89c4\u7684\u7ade\u9009\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5e76\u5904\u4ee5 9 \u9879\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002SB 2880 \u5c06\u5141\u8bb8\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u53e3\u4f4e\u4e8e 3,000,000 \u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u548c\u6240\u6709\u53bf\u4e0e FPPC \u7b7e\u8ba2\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u4ee5\u6267\u884c\u5730\u65b9\u7ade\u9009\u548c\u9053\u5fb7\u6761\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u7981\u6b62\u7ade\u9009\u88d9\u5e26\u5173\u7cfb<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">AB 664\uff08\u65af\u5766\u8bfa\u65af - \u5e93\u5361\u8499\u683c\u7267\u573a\uff09<\/h5>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><em>\u6982\u62ec\uff1a<\/em><\/strong> \u73b0\u884c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7981\u6b62\u6c11\u9009\u5b98\u5458\u548c\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u53ca\u5176\u914d\u5076\u4ece\u4e0a\u8ff0\u5b98\u5458\u6216\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u7ade\u9009\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u83b7\u5f97\u62a5\u916c\u3002AB 664 \u6269\u5927\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u7981\u4ee4\uff0c\u8fd8\u7981\u6b62\u6c11\u9009\u5b98\u5458\u548c\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u7684\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u7956\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u5144\u5f1f\u59d0\u59b9\u3001\u5b50\u5973\u548c\u5b59\u5b50\u5973\u56e0\u5411\u5176\u4eb2\u5c5e\u7684\u7ade\u9009\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u800c\u83b7\u5f97\u9ad8\u4e8e\u516c\u5e73\u5e02\u573a\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u62a5\u916c\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u6539\u9769\u5c06\u904f\u5236\u52a0\u5dde\u653f\u6cbb\u4e2d\u7684\u8150\u8d25\u548c\u88d9\u5e26\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u5f3a\u5236\u62ab\u9732\u62a5\u544a\r\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">SB 459\uff08\u827e\u4f26 -
