400;\">\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5f25\u8865\u6f0f\u6d1e\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u771f\u6b63\u72ec\u7acb\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u6295\u652f\u6301\u7968\u5916\uff0c\u5e02\u8bae\u4f1a\u8fd8\u6084\u6084\u5730\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u4e0e\u5e02\u653f\u5385\u6709\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728\u79bb\u5f00\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u4e24\u5e74\u5185\u8fdb\u5165\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4efb\u804c\u3002\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u5b9e\u65bd\u66f4\u957f\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u7981\u4ee4\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u7279\u6b8a\u5229\u76ca\u96c6\u56e2\u5728\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u9009\u533a\u91cd\u5212\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4efb\u804c\u3002<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u957f\u6ee9\u5e02<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/california\/zh\/our-work\/ensure-fair-districts-reflective-democracy\/local-redistricting\/sacramento-fair-redistricting\/\" target=\"_blank\"
