If you don’t know the name “Stephen Miller” – you should.  He’s the architect of some of the first Trump administration’s worst attacks on immigrants, like the infamous “Muslim Ban” and ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and now he’s back in power and more dangerous than ever.

And now, Miller’s fingerprints are all over the second Trump administration’s most disturbing overreaches: abducting people without due process, separating families, ramping up ICE raids, and targeting anyone who dares to speak out.

This is a coordinated campaign of abuse, retaliation, and corruption – and Congress must act to rein it in. Rep. Robert Garcia’ has called to investigate Miller’s misconduct, and we’re demanding that every member of the House Oversight Committee join him.

How Stephen Miller Is Escalating His Anti-Immigrant Agenda

Right now, Miller is: 

• Pushing a new round of family separation policies, including detaining children for extended periods
• Using discriminatory “war on drugs” tactics to justify mass ICE raids and politicize law enforcement
• Threatening judges  and government workers who don’t comply with his cruel goals

While communities suffer, he’s cashing in with hundreds of thousands of dollars in stock in Palantir, a company profiting off the very deportation machinery he’s helping to run. 

Stephen Miller is just one advisor – but he’s quickly becoming the public face of the entire administration’s cruelty and corruption. Our elected lawmakers need to hold Stephen Miller accountable and stand up for justice, for immigrant families, and for the rule of law.
