data-contrast=\"auto\">more than\u00a01 million\u00a0members\u00a0are\u00a0preemptively\u00a0announcing\u00a0they\u00a0will challenge any order that reduces voting rights.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"Presidents don\u2019t set election law, not now, and not ever,\u201d\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">said\u00a0Virginia Kase\u00a0Solom\u00f3n,\u00a0Common Cause\u00a0President and CEO.\u00a0\u201c<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Americans\u00a0nationwide\u00a0reject\u00a0President\u00a0Trump\u2019s attempt to\u00a0pick\u00a0and choose\u00a0who\u00a0can vote in a major election year.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If this administration continues to ignore the will of the people,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u0633\u0628\u0628 \u0645\u0634\u062a\u0631\u0643<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0will see them in court.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">In March 2025, President Donald Trump released an election-related executive order that\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ar\/%d9%8a%d8%b6%d8%b9%d8%b7\/trumps-executive-order-will-hurt-voters-in-all-50-states\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Common Cause opposed.<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00a0At least five different courts\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ar\/%d9%8a%d8%b6%d8%b9%d8%b7\/district-court-confirms-presidents-dont-set-election-law\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">have struck down that executive order<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Additionally, Common Cause is actively fighting any legislation in Congress that removes voting rights, including the SAVE Act, SAVE American Act,\u00a0and\u00a0MEGA Act.\u00a0The recent acknowledgement by\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/punchbowl.news\/newsletter\/#:~:text=THE%20TOP-,Thune%20declares%20%E2%80%98talking%20filibuster%E2%80%99%20dead,-Happy%20Thursday%20morning\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Senate leadership that such\u00a0bills<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0do\u00a0not have\u00a0lawmakers<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#039;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0support to pass\u00a0reflect\u00a0the voters\u2019 broad opposition to\u00a0the policies.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">Common Cause is also\u00a0currently\u00a0fighting state-level\u00a0anti-voter\u00a0bills\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ar\/florida\/%d9%8a%d8%b6%d8%b9%d8%b7\/hb991-sb1334-would-block-thousands-of-u-s-citizens-from-casting-a-ballot\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">in Florida\u00a0through legislative advocacy<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u060c \u0648\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ar\/%d9%8a%d8%b6%d8%b9%d8%b7\/nonpartisan-voting-rights-organizations-file-lawsuit-in-indiana-challenging-unlawful-citizenship-check-laws\/\"><span
