WISCONSIN Former GAB head Kevin Kennedy talks about ethics

"As my mother used to say, 'you're judged by the company you keep.'" That's how Kevin Kennedy explained ethics in elections. On February 28, 2017, the former head of the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board met with members of Common Cause in Wisconsin, to talk about the state of campaign finance, elections, and ethics.
