Help Us Send A LOUD Message to the SEC

The Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision allowed companies to anonymously invest hundreds of millions of dollars in our elections – even without shareholders’ knowledge. That’s not right! That money belongs to shareholders, and they and the public have a right to know how it’s being spent on our politics.

The Securities and Exchange Commission, which is responsible for protecting the interests of investors and shareholders, is considering rules to require disclosure of corporate political spending. The commission has invited public comment on the proposal.

Half a million Americans have already spoken out, add your voice today! -- Email the SEC and tell them to act now and require companies to disclose their political spending.

Note: Feel free to sign this letter or to personalize it with a message of your own. Your comment and any other information you provide below will be displayed publicly on the SEC’s website or on www.regulations.gov.
