Tell Sen. Ensign to Let in the Sunshine!

Since September 2007, Senator John Ensign has been blocking a vote on a popular bill (S. 223, the Senate Campaign Disclosure Parity Act) that would require Senate candidates to electronically file their campaign finance reports – just like presidential and U.S. House candidates do.

Senate candidates currently file their reports on paper, which wastes time and taxpayer dollars. (For more information, see our blog or this video put together by our friends at the Sunlight Foundation.)
