Don't Ring This Bell!

Thanks to your activism, the Senate Commerce Committee decided not to consider Warren Bell for a seat on the Corporation for Public Broadcasting's Board of Directors. (Read the Committee's press release here.)

Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. The White House named Warren Bell to the CPB board in a "recess appointment" in December 2006, despite bipartisan objections. Check our website and blog frequently for updates on CPB.
