Chris Fields
Chris Melody Fields is Common Cause’s director of outreach. She joined Common Cause in May 2008.
As the director of outreach, Chris is responsible for building and cultivating relationships and coalitions with other advocacy and non-profit organizations nationwide to bolster support for the issues Common Cause works on and to promote the organization work in creating a democracy that works in the public’s interest.
Chris joins Common Cause after serving as the deputy political director for the John Edwards for President Campaign in Iowa, as well as a program specialist for DC ParentSmart, a DC based non-profit working to empower parents in the nation’s capital to advocate for their children. She is a graduate of Austin College.
