About Common Cause Columbus

 

Common Cause Columbus is the first local chapter of Common Cause in Georgia and is affiliated with Common Cause Georgia and Common Cause nationally in Washington, D.C.

Our mission is to be a watchdog organization on governmental activity in the Columbus, Georgia area. By our efforts we hope to promote ethical and transparent government. We will be investigating and reporting to the public on issues that concern the citizens of our community.

We have a 20-member Board of Advisors elected by the general membership, officers and an executive committee elected by the Board of Advisors.

 

If you live in the Columbus area and are interested in joining, please click here.  Your membership dues ($40 for individuals or $50 for families) automatically make you a member of Common Cause Columbus, Common Cause Georgia as well as the national Common Cause organization.
