Despite ethics allegations, Sal DiMasi is expected to be re-elected to the Speaker’s seat in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. As lawmakers return to Beacon Hill this week, they are facing a budget estimated to be as much as $1-billion out of whack, and an economy on the downslide.
