Testimony on Lobby and Ethic reforms which reads in part 'In addition to an overall review of the Senate's efforts, the Subcommittee has asked us to specifically address the bundling and revolving door provisions of S.1 and to comment on one provision the Senate rejected: the disclosure of what is termed ?Astroturf? lobbying expenditures.'
