This testimony reads, in part, 'Common Cause strongly supports legislation now being drafted by Chairman Waxman that would require quarterly, full public disclosure of donations of $200 or more to presidential fundraising organizations. Wisely, this proposal requires disclosure beyond the time a president leaves office, ending only when the presidential library is dedicated and turned over to the National Archives & Records Administration.'
