A letter to leaders of the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration, which begins,?'As organizations representing American voters with a vested interest in the process that governs public elections, we urge that you direct the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to adhere to all of the provisions of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) law. In direct violation of the HAVA law, the EAC is attempting to delay a new testing laboratory accreditation process for voting systems used in public elections until 2007.'
