William N. Hubbard III is chairman and president of Center Development Corporation, a New York-based real estate development company. Bill served in the Volunteers in Service to America program (VISTA) and is a former associate of the Wall Street law firm of Thatcher, Proffitt and Wood. He was a co-founder of the Environmental Action Coalition, former trustee and officer of the City Club in New York, and chairman of its Housing Committee. In addition, Mr. Hubbard serves on a number of boards, including the Community Board Five in mid-town Manhattan during the Koch administration and the Association for a Better New York.
He is a graduate of Williams College, the London School of Economics and has a law degree from the University of Virginia.
