Olga Kauffman

Olga Kauffman is a veteran activist and organizer on behalf of Mexican Americans in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Currently director of development and community affairs for the Mexican American Unity Council (MAUC) in San Antonio, Olga has been a leader in MAUC's efforts to provide affordable housing, education and community and economic development for moderate to low income families.

Olga attended the University of Texas at Austin and St. Mary's University in San Antonio. Before joining MAUC in 2008, she spent seven years at the Levi Strauss Foundation, where she focused on grant-making, government relations and public affairs.
