California Voters First
Los Angeles - Democracy in Distress Panel
Want to put an end to political gerrymandering, but not sure how to help?
Common Cause is a proponent of Proposition 11: California Voters FIRST initiative to end the extreme conflict of interest state politicians have in drawing their own voting districts by creating an independent, diverse, and politically balanced Citizen's Commission to draw district lines.
And now we need your help spreading the word and gaining additional support. To learn more about how you can help, please go to www.commoncause.org/ca/votersfirstvolunteer or contact JoAnn Fuller at jfuller(at)commoncause(dot)org or (916) 443-1792 ex. 11.

(Political Analyst, CNN/MSNBC/Fox) discussing the Congressional and Presidential abuses of power that have put our democracy in distress.
As an extra-special treat, Common Cause President Bob Edgar will be joining us for this important discussion to make a special welcome and to let you know more about how you can join us in our efforts to recapture the flag.
Our panelists have each written critically-acclaimed books on this topic and are looking forward to signing copies for you during the reception and after the forum. Please click here for more information on the books.
