The FCC is up to its old tricks again. They want to vote in new media ownership rules without any public input – just like they did in 2003. Senator Byron Dorgan said of the FCC’s secretive plan: "There is going to be a firestorm of protest, and I will be carrying the wood."

These media ownership rules are too important to be kept secret. We need full disclosure and a robust public debate before the FCC votes to make any changes that would allow Big Media to get even bigger.
